Ways to Give with SteepleMate

Our standard transaction fees are 2.99% + $0.30 for credit/debit and a flat $0.50 for ACH. Plus, with donors covering an additional 3% of any transaction, our effective rates can drop to as low as 0.29% for card transactions and even result in a net gain for ACH transactions.
Enhance giving convenience with the SteepleMate Mobile App. Available on iOS and Android, the app allows contributors to donate directly from their smartphones. This provides a quick and easy way to contribute anytime, anywhere.
Facilitate instant donations with QR code giving. SteepleMate provides QR codes for the general giving page as well as specific contribution categories. Churches can export these QR codes and even add suggested amounts, which automatically pre-fill on the giving page when scanned. This feature is ideal for events and services, offering a seamless and efficient donation experience.
Offer the simplicity of text giving, where contributors can donate by sending a designated keyword to a secure giving number. SteepleMate provides each church with a dedicated 1800 number that can be used for text-to-give, 2-way texting, mass texting, and digital guest connect cards. Each church receives 100 free text messages per month, with additional SMS messages costing .0225 cents and MMS messages costing .9 cents.
Accommodate traditional giving preferences with manual gift entry. Contributors can continue to give through cash or checks, which church administrators can then manually enter into the SteepleMate system. This ensures all contributions are accurately tracked and recorded.
Provide a modern giving solution with on-site kiosks. Strategically placed within your church, these kiosks accept credit and debit card donations, offering an immediate receipt. This convenient in-person giving option enhances the overall donation experience during church events and services.
